Jobs site CareerBliss has released a list of what it claims are the 10 happiest careers in the U.S.

Are you happy with your current job? Do you feel fulfilled? Maybe you should consider a career in engineering. Yes, engineers are happier at their jobs than most of us. Jobs site CareerBliss has released a list of what it claims are the 10 happiest careers in the U.S. The list is based on data from over 25,000 reviews submitted by its users. Using the following categories, management, peers, support, rewards, growth potential, company culture and daily structure, users were asked to rate their overall job satisfaction on a scale from one to five.

Automation engineer was ranked fourth, behind school principal, executive chef and loan officer. Maybe if more students were aware of the emotional benefits of a career in engineering, courses in the STEM fields would be looked at differently.
