AMS Device Manager v13.0 re-imagines device configuration and commissioning practices.

AMS Device Manager v13.0 re-imagines device configuration and commissioning practices. Configuration templates are built once and then simultaneously applied to an unlimited number of devices. This functionality frees up resources to perform other critical start-up work, removing the risk of error common with manual configuration procedures.

Built-in validation reports automatically compare configurations and identify when devices deviate from the associated template. Last minute changes are accommodated by simply updating the template.

This new methodology reduces the time required to commission smart devices by 75-80%. Ensuring configuration accuracy at start-up improves field device reliability, helping plants to avoid production interruptions.
