Russelectric's Medium-Voltage Circuit Breaker-Type Switches transfer electrical loads between normal and emergency power sources

Russelectric’s Medium-Voltage (5-15kV) Circuit Breaker-Type Switches are built to transfer electrical loads between normal and emergency power sources through the opening and closing of circuit breakers. Russelectric Medium-Voltage Circuit Breaker ATSs are designed to be configured for open- or closed-transition transfer. All switch functions are controlled by Russelectric’s RPTCS programmable microprocessor-based control system. Though designed for unattended operation, these switches include controls for manual operation. UL tested, listed and labeled under UL 1008A, the switches are engineered to be approved for use in legally required emergency power systems. They also are built to meet or exceed IEEE, NEMA and ANSI standards.
