Norgren's air-piloted R-17 Regulator utilizes high-temperature elastomers and machined aluminum components throughout the regulator, and the exterior is coated with a high-temperature epoxy resin. The regulator is rated for applications up to 350° F (175° C) and input pressures to 300 psig (20 bar). The pressure output of the R-17 is engineered to be adjusted by a pilot regulator, so multiple regulators can be controlled safely and precisely from one remote location.
