Next Generation Power has paired a Boge compressor with a Kubota-powered gen-set. On the gen-set side, Next Generation Power directly couples a copper-wound Stamford Newage generator to a Kubota 3- or 4-cylinder engine running at 1,800 rpm.

The German-built Boge electric rotary screw compressor is designed to feature high-end controls and simple maintenance. Unlike belt-driven or direct-coupled compressor combo units, it is engineered to be plugged in to shore power when available.
