Garland's Tuff-Flash liquid flashing system is a single-component liquid-applied mastic. The Tuff-Flash liquid flashing system is engineered to provide water protection and weathering capabilities. It is an asphalt polyurethane that is designed to adhere to asphaltic membranes as well as a variety of metal surfaces. This includes SBS, APP, and smooth or mineral surfaced asphalt roofs. It is designed for complex or irregular roofing details. The Tuff-Flash system requires no mixing, and can be installed with a brush or trowel. Tuff-Flash liquid flashing has zero VOCs and is low odor. It is reflective and UV resistant (when surfaced).
