Crown Equipment's internal combustion (IC) Class V pneumatic tire forklift is designed to eliminate frequent maintenance, excessive downtime and shortened lifespan. The forklift is available in capacities ranging from 4,000 pounds to 6,500 pounds.

The 2.4-liter John Deere Power Systems engine features a cast iron head and larger components. The forklift features a dual open-core radiator with separate cooling systems for the engine and transmission. The On-Demand Cooling system is engineered to automatically clear the radiator of debris and provide cooling to effectively manage heat.

The Crown C-5 redirects heat and exhaust away from operators during reverse travel, facilitates entry/exit with larger steps, utilizes a seat deck and provides a push-button parking brake.

The Crown InfoLink wireless fleet and operator management system is designed to allow managers to identify and prioritize issues around compliance, impact and equipment performance. InfoLink works with Crown eSmart Accurate Fuel Tracking to gain access to fuel data by operator, truck, performance level, fleet and location. Crown eSmart also alerts operators when fuel levels are below 16 minutes. Performance levels of the Crown C-5 can be set via the on-board display.
