Bigfoot CMMS uses maintenance operations tracking to grade equipment performance
Bigfoot CMMS is designed to identify equipment that is performing well and not performing well through its maintenance operations tracking capabilities. Using historical work orders, Bigfoot CMMS tracks the frequency of incidents, on which equipment, the reasons for downtime, and forecasts future events and maintenance costs. Also, Bigfoot analyzes rising/falling work order costs (labor, parts, etc.), equipment age, projected life expectancy and other factors to “grade” equipment. Bigfoot helps organizations differentiate good assets from poor ones, repair vs. replace scenarios, and identifies where human and financial resources need to be allocated. Bigfoot predictive maintenance is engineered to optimize capital planning, identifiy strong asset vendors and stretch asset longevity.
