NLB's VORTEX easily removes up to 2,000 sq. ft. per hour of floor coatings and build-up, without abrasives or chemicals. Lawn mower-style units have rotating water jets (up to 40,000 psi) with vacuum recovery to leave a clean, dry surface.

Self-rotating seals are recommended for most applications because they allow faster rotating speeds without any power connection. However, pneumatically or hydraulically powered seals are well suited for controlling speed when flow rates are low. Here's a quick comparison:
