Tyco compact power line filters handle up to 20 amps

Tyco Electronics introduces its RK series of power line filters. The compact, chassis-mount filters use single-stage filtering to achieve the high-differential-mode performance required in industrial machinery in noisy environments. Low leakage current of only 0.16 mA at 120 VAC/60 Hz also makes the filter suited for portable equipment.

Available with current ratings of 10, 15, and 20 A, the filters are rated for voltages up to 250 VAC. Designed for global applications, they are UL recognized, CSA certified, and VDE approved.

Applications include high-noise industrial environments, portable equipment, HVAC equipment, switched mode power supplies and vending equipment.
