BSB Systems safety head maintains precise torque values
The pre-torqued SRB-7RS safety head allows proper clamping of a rupture disk to be completed with precision torque at the technician’s workbench before installation between companion flanges. With this safety head, the torques within the device don’t change even within ill-fitting companion flanges. The rupture disk device can be taken out of service, inspected, cleaned and reinstalled without resetting the torque values. It has a bite-seal to keep the rupture disk from slipping and location pins to make sure the disks are correctly installed. J-Bolts to provide a visual signal of a correct installation.Company Information
