The four page brochure provides detailed product information on the line of intensive and extensive GardenTop systems, as well as product benefits, assembly information and test information.

Stevens GardenTop Roof Systems provides designers with a choice of either a Stevens EP(tm) (TPO) or a Stevens EV (ElvaloyÒ KEE) roofing membrane, along with insulation and water management technology to provide a roofing system that offers maximum performance, design flexibility and installation efficiency. Stevens EP membrane has successfully passed the stringent criteria for the German "FLL" test which evaluates membrane for its ability to resist vegetative root growth.

Stevens offers two types of GardenTop systems: intensive and extensive. Intensive systems have a relatively deep growing medium of more than six-inches, while the extensive system requires less growing medium, typically between two- and six-inches to support plant life.

For more than 10 years, Stevens has offered vegetated roof system assemblies in Europe, which has lead the world when it comes to green roof technology. Globally, there is a strong trend for this type of roofing option, and as energy efficient design and sustainability issues continue to permeate the commercial building industry, it is expected that there will be a significant demand for GardenTop technology.
