Auburn software enables user to extract parametric device information from plant automation systems
New AUBURN.vision software provides an intuitive method to extract, organize and report dust emissions and other parametric device information from any plant automation system (i.e. Rockwell, Honeywell, Allen Bradley, etc.). Configured to separate and manage environmental control data without resorting to costly, labor intensive, manual data extractions (e.g. cutting and pasting) for real-time alarm and event monitoring. The system can be customized for maintenance scheduling and compliance reporting requirements (e.g. MACT mandates).
AUBURN.vision creates a virtual environmental network to isolate relevant information from the main plant communication system. Monitoring and reporting is usually complicated by the fact that plant data contains an assortment of information reporting levels such as, a device network, an automation network, and a business network all operating on different subnets with different security policies.
This virtual network is designed to provide all necessary real-time data and alarm activity, as well as historical data and alarm log information for emissions control and for convenient maintenance scheduling. The high cost of time consuming customization of parametric data for compliance and maintenance scheduling has been eliminated.
