The Marlin I-Pro hand-held data collector records, analyzes and communicates machine conditions. Designed for hostile plant-floor environments, it provides an inspection system tool to successfully initiate and implement Operator Driven Reliability programs. Operators can trend machine and process conditions, compare newly collected data with previous readings, and record detailed observations of troublesome machine conditions or questionable measurements. In the event of abnormal conditions, the unit will immediately instruct the operator to take appropriate corrective actions or request assistance from the Maintenance Department.
