Miura Boiler
These boilers can be turned on and off “like light bulbs” to enable them to operate at peak efficiency for greatest energy savings and fast response to fluctuating demand. They are designed for steam-starved, volatile-demand processes. The fuel-to-steam boiler efficiency remains consistently high (85%-plus) at steam loads from 35% to 100%. The boilers' low water content water-tubes' surface serration optimizes heat transfer.
In-Service Efficiency
- Full Steam from a cold start in five minutes
- Lower water content for less radient heat loss
- Save an Average of 20% in fuel
Reduce Floor Space
- Smaller boiler footprint for up to 50% space savings
- Modular installation allows for greater turndown which equals higher efficiency and greater flexibility in the future
Online Maintenance
- 24 Hour onlin monitoring via computer allows for faster maintenance response and lower parts costs
Colormetry
- Colormetry Hardness Leakage Detector allows for automated checking for water hardness as a back-up alarm for quick alert to water hardness protecting boiler from scale
