Schroeder Industries oil analysis system designed for use in any predictive maintenance program
Schroeder Industries, a recognized leader in filtration and fluid conditioning products, introduces its 4-in-1 Oil Analysis (P/N THF-PC), an easy-to-use service that can play a key role in any predictive maintenance program. With a single kit, the user of Schroeder's 4-in-1 service can ascertain essential information about oil cleanliness status, including particle count, water content, viscosity and photo. This information can help users make decisions that will lead to efficient system operation, longer component life and lower overall maintenance costs.
For each oil sample submitted, Schroeder quickly generates a lab report and forwards it to the user via e-mail. Samples taken and analyzed at regular intervals will provide a means to spot alarming trends before they turn into large-scale problems.
The status of the sample is categorized as either “Normal” (system is operating within established parameter and requires no immediate action), “Caution” (system is operating outside caution limits and requires scheduled maintenance), or “Critical” (system is operating beyond critical limits and requires immediate attention). Specific corrective actions are recommended when applicable.
