Gannett Fleming has announced the release of Saberâ„¢, a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) that can write its own corrective action work orders.

Saber is designed so that the plant manager can easily control the economics of the facilities and related systems including pumps, valves, electrical components, HVAC units, elevators and escalators, fleet vehicles, and equipment warranties.

With Saber, facility owners can manage preventive maintenance activities and link the jobsite to the operation and maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, spare parts catalogs, and other key information portals. Combined, these tools create better records for the owners and those in charge of maintenance activities.
