Lenox imaging system features four-way tip articulation

The Lenox VideoFlex Series is an easy-to-use, high-resolution, remote imaging system featuring 4-way tip articulation and an integrated control / display hand piece with a 6.4-inch LCD display.  The VideoFlex Series videoscope is well-suited for inspection of aircraft engines and turbines, airframes, manufacturing, process tanks and vessels, tubing and pipes, and heat exchangers.  It can also be utilized in covert surveillance, exploded ordinance (EOD) and armament applications.

For efficient viewing inside complex assemblies, Lenox VideoFlex Series videoscope features a tight bending radius and a totally steerable 4-way, 150° articulated tip that allows easy manipulation around corners, through pipe bends and past blockages.  The working portion of the scope is protected with polyurethane-impregnated tungsten braiding and available in diameters of 6.0 mm (.236 in.) or 8.4 mm (.330 in.), with lengths to 7.5 m (24.6 feet).

The VideoFlex hand-piece features rugged, all-metal construction and a 2-meter (6.6 ft) length umbilical cable.  The operator can easily articulate the tip using ergonomically designed, single-hand controls.  The connections on the hand-held unit include interchangeable light source connectors enabling compatibility with most brands of light sources, along with interfaces for auxiliary monitor connection, video output, and 12V DC powering. 

The VideoFlex Series scope employs patented digital video technology and automated management of optimized video parameters ensuring a high definition image.  The unit's advanced functions include video processor initialization (according to color temperature of light source used) and auto shutter activation.

VideoFlex accessories include a mini digital recorder with a 4-inch LCD monitor, interchangeable right-angle mirror heads, and connectors for compatibility with other brands of light sources.  The VideoFlex is an economical device that offers high-performance remote inspection at a price that is competitive with that of traditional fiberscopes.
