Max-Trak is the industry's only NEMA 6 (IP67) compliant industrial gas mass flow controller. Max-Trak is designed for wash-down environments found in industries like: pharmaceutical, chemical processing, combustion control, biotech, food & beverage.
 
Max-Trak outperforms the competition as it conforms to the more rigorous requirements of NEMA 6 and IP67.  The instrument also features the only fully enclosed valve design to drastically minimize leak-in paths for MAXIMUM protection. Excellent accuracy and reliability coupled with unsurpassed instrument stability offer customers a gas mass flow controller that is strong, effective and dependable. Max-Trak measures and controls gas mass flow rates from 0 to 200 slpm (up to 400 slpm upon request) in a flow body a little over 5 inches long.  It has an accuracy of +/- 1% of full scale, and a repeatability of +/- 0.2% of full scale to ensure process stability, even under changing conditions. Max-Trak also includes all the features of our popular Smart-Trak instruments including Dial-A-Gas technology.
