RĪZZIR, LLC has released a new software service called “DataDustOff” to help companies save money on maintenance and inventory management. RĪZZIR, a provider of CMMS and data management solutions, ensures that DataDustOff can evaluate and improve parts inventory data.

Without DataDustOff, poor inventory data quality can erode your company's bottom line and competitive advantage in the market place. Most maintenance organizations use a CMMS/EAM to manage their inventory operations. Over a period of time, part records in these systems can develop inconsistent naming conventions resulting in duplicate part records. Michael Payne, president of RĪZZIR says “duplicate and non-standardized part records lead to loss of time and money due to unsuccessful part searches, higher tax liability and unnecessary procurement.
 
Customers can now send their inventory data to RĪZZIR, where DataDustOff can be used to evaluate the data, and report and correct any inconsistencies. Benefits include standardized naming of all parts, reduced emergency purchasing, and saved time while searching for parts in the database.

DataDustOff also provides customers with a comprehensive output spreadsheet different than all other competition. On a single sheet, the output identifies both the duplicates and the original part that is duplicated, and compares the two in order to reduce inventory. The combined inventory data allows a rapid part record correction to maximize the customers' return on investment.
