Worldwide lighting systems and products manufacturer, Waldmann Lighting Company, has introduced its line of high-output LED industrial lighting products. These waterproof luminaires are designed to withstand today's hostile industrial environments. Cool-to-the-touch and maintenance-free, LED's are ideal for various machine applications including: metalworking, food processing, pharmaceuticals, woodworking, etc.

The compact 1.14 x 3.7-inch ABLL-1 LED features an aluminum housing which is protected from water-based fluids and metalworking coolants by a corrosion-resistant coating. In addition, this rugged luminaire also eliminates static charging and polarity reversal with an ESD protective diode. All Waldmann LED models are IP67 waterproof protected.

The “head-only” ABLL-1 provides 50000 hours of intense lamp life and produces virtually no heat. The rotational head pivots 40 percent for easy positioning by the operator. LED lights also run on direct current which eliminates the flickering “stroboscopic effect” making these luminaires ideal for machine vision applications.

The ABLL-1 is available with the choice of narrow spot (6º beam) or flood (25º beam) illumination to meet a variety of applications. The choice of two transformers is also available covering power supplies from a low voltage 24V AC/DC input, to a 95-240V AC range. In addition to the head-only model, two rugged gooseneck versions are available.
