Decorative security sleeves are half the cost of concrete and have the strength of steel. The sleeves slide over existing steel bollards for quick installation, and are made from 1¼-in.-thick polyethylene thermoplastic (LDPE). Each sleeve weighs 15 lbs, which reduces shipping and installation costs. Create your own look with colors, pillars, emblems, rings, grooves, etc. The sleeves fit 10-in. pipe and inserts are available to fit 6-in. and 8-in. pipe.
