Introducing the Fixturlaser NXA Pro
The Fixturlaser NXA Pro laser shaft alignment system from VibrAlign, the most innovative shaft alignment tool ever. The list of industry firsts includes MEMS gyroscopes, new inclinometers, 2nd generation scientific grade CCDs, redesigned power system for the industry's longest operating times plus 1-hour quick-charge. The gyros enable OMNIVIEW, which tracks and displays on-screen the view of the machine being aligned from the aligner's point of view. Shaft Alignment Training - Is It Necessary?
Another satisfied shaft alignment training customer. When VibrAlign trains shaft alignment onsite we spend the first day in the classroom, then spend another half day in the facility as the students actually apply what they learned performing alignments. The customer picks the machines to be aligned, and they usually pick the toughest challenges. This class, taught by Trainer Stan Riddle, ran into a bolt-bound motor that was chewing up coupling inserts.
