EDSA offers free electrical power systems continuing education Webinar series

EDSA Micro Corp. offers a free continuing education series for qualified electrical power systems engineers that consists of weekly, bi-weekly and quarterly Web-based events.
The first session will take place March 31, and will cover “How to model a power system.” Future sessions will include detailed discussion and demonstration of methods for analyzing and resolving short circuits, power flow, motor starting, protective device coordination, arc flash and other power system issues. Depending on the requirements of participants’ particular states, these sessions may qualify for licensed engineers’ continuing education requirements through IEEE.
Sessions will take place at 1 p.m. E.T./10 a.m. P.T. Participants need only register in advance and have a computer system connected to the Internet; no downloads or plug-ins are required. For more information or to register, visit www.edsa.com or call (800) 362-0603.
