Inc. names Maverick Technologies a fastest-growing company for fifth time in seven years

Maverick Technologies is ranked as No. 1,388 on Inc.’s 2008 list of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States. The company made the Inc. 500 list in 2002, 2003 and 2004, and again in 2007.

“We are excited to receive this honor, especially considering today’s economy,” said Paul Galeski, Maverick’s CEO and founder. He says the company is on target to achieve even stronger growth next year as they take on more projects in the chemical, oil and gas, and FDA-regulated industries.

All qualifying 2008 Inc. 5,000 companies must be U.S.-based, privately held and independent, with a minimum of $200,000 in revenue for 2004 and $2 million in 2007. Companies on the 2008 list reported aggregate revenue of $185 billion and median three-year growth of 147%. These companies report having created more than 826,033 jobs since their founding.
