AssetPoint forms business unit for improving maintenance operations

AssetPoint has established AssetPoint Reliability Solutions (ARS) as a new business unit  to provide work-process consulting, maintenance technology services, specialty  maintenance support services and training services.

ARS provides an evaluation of the total maintenance process or specific area of concern, reviewing maintenance practices, safety practices, training needs and financial performance; then compares this information with industry best practices and the real world of the client’s operations and goals to arrive at a strategy for an overall improvement plan. 

The company then follows up with an implementation team of maintenance engineers, reliability engineers, coaches and trainers to implement that plan. ARS features engineers carrying the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation granted by the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP).
