Achieve near-zero breakdown

Professor Jay Lee from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM), Professor Ashraf Labib from the University of Manchester and Dr. Ram Pai from Rockwell Automation are scheduled to teach a three-day short course titled "Achieving Near-Zero Breakdown of Machinery: Predictive Maintenance Tools and Techniques."

 

The course will be held Sept. 13-15 at UWM's Continuing Education facility located in downtown Milwaukee.

Participants will learn near-zero downtime concept and practices; hands-on tools and techniques on prognostics and predictive maintenance; state-of-the-art technologies to predict machine failures and prevent breakdowns; best practices to improve field service productivity using smart remote monitoring and maintenance technologies; and how to design better products.
