Chain trolley lubricator wins award

Oil-Rite Corp., Manitowoc, Wis., is one of the recipients of the 33^rd Annual Governor's New Product Award, sponsored by the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers (WSPE). Oil-Rite received this award for the design and development of its Chain Trolley Lubricator.

For more than three decades, the WSPE has recognized Wisconsin's leading manufacturers who have contributed to the state's economic growth through the development, manufacturing and marketing of innovative products.

Oil-Rite's Chain Trolley Lubricator uses PurgeX pump technology to deliver precise amounts of lubricant to chain pins and open-faced trolley wheel bearings on overhead conveyors. The unit attaches directly to a beam via clamps and doesn't require machining the beam. It can be integrated with the existing conveyor system, minimizing installation time. The lubricator reduces friction, extends conveyor life and reduces maintenance costs.
