Joel Leonard, MPACT Learning Center

Mr. Leonard has more than 15 years experience in industrial maintenance and now leads the growth and advancement of MPACT Learning Center (www.mpactlearning.com), a training facility in Greensboro, N.C. Seen by many in industry as the "Maintenance Evangelist" for his passionate promotion of the field, he has set up training relationships with more than 80 colleges and universities; recruited, trained and developed key personnel and implementation consultants; installed hundreds of computerized maintenance management systems; and is a sought-after speaker for maintenance conferences. He was national vice president of membership of the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE), is a graduate of Elon University, and worked for several years in the industrial engineering department of Thomasville Furniture.
