Should you prepare people for asset performance improvements?

Q: When implementing step change asset performance improvements, what approach should be taken to prepare the organization -- the people -- to engage and take ownership and active involvement in during the implementation phase?

A: The people that will be involved and or affected by the improvement, should complete training in conquering organizational change.  The organization needs to engage directly and recognize there are organizational behavior change processes that should be implemented in parallel with the technical performance improvement work processes.
