Women: the untapped resource for Technology careers

Women have seemed unfit for the Tech Sector up until now. With women leading the pack in higher capital increase and return on sales, it’s a wonder that more women haven’t been accepted into technology job positions yet.

Statistics show that directors who were women saw at least a 53 percent return on equity interest, 42 percent return on sales increase and a 66 percent increase on return of invested capital. With stats like those, the fact that women’s knowledge and abilities are not being used and acknowledged is upsetting for everyone at all angles.
