Dave developed a broad Industry 4.0 capability within engineering and deployed automation and robotics thousands of applications whilst upgrading the skill set within engineering. Dave designed and implemented digital technology across both manufacturing and engineering; and presented at the Microsoft Inspire event, on the power of Digital Twins and how they are revolutionizing the factory environment.

Mr. Leeder’s industry experience of industrial transformations, including Industry 4.0 has spanned over 25 years. In this period, he has been at the forefront of how new and digital technologies can be employed to increase operating margins and revenue growth. He has focused on the changes and challenges to design, manufacture, operate, and service things for a smart, connected world beyond the buzzwords and the hype.
